"The broker for my homes (both buy and sell sides of the two houses) was Marcy Scott.  She was incredible.  She was dedicated to the sale and spent enormous energy on presenting and marketing the home, not just 'showing it.'  The net result was

Pricing the home 20% higher than other agents recommended;

Developing a strategic sales and marketing program which was adhered to;

Positioning for, and obtaining competing buyers; 

Final close.  Less than 5% discount of asking price, all cash, no contingencies except normal inspection report, 45 day close.  

My only problem was that she was TOO GOOD!  I was forced to move out well before I had anticipated!!"
